The
Price Anderson Act: Too High a Price
Learn
more about this law written nearly 50 years ago to promote nuclear power.
Once declared unconstitutional, Price Anderson leaves the public holding
the bag in the event of a nuclear accident. The Act was last renewed in
2005 for a 20-year period.
