A copy of the Emergency Evacuation plans within a ten mile radius surrounding each nuclear plant should be available from state Emergency Management Agencies.  In addition to the 10 mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ), federal guidelines require that Ingestion Pathway Zone (IPZ) concerns be addressed within a 50 mile radius of every nuclear power plant. Though some states may not have a nuclear power plant, they may be bordering a state, or states,  that have one, or several, within the 50 mile radius.
